Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- good communication skills
- ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate
- vocational school attendance preferred
- basic English literacy for communication
- familiarity with typical housekeeping operations
- flexibility in work scheduling
- knowledge of chemical application and room tidiness
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond promptly to guest requests
- ensure guest rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards
