The role of Environmental Services Associate at Sycamore Springs offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to a safe and sanitary healthcare environment. The Environmental Services Associate is responsible for cleaning patient rooms and other assigned areas, collecting and removing trash, sanitizing surfaces, changing bed linens, and adhering strictly to policies and procedures, including those related to patient isolation. The position requires attention to detail and a commitment to sustaining a clean and supportive environment that supports the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
Additional duties include managing supplies by stocking paper items and other necessary materials in patient rooms, ensuring cleaning carts and equipment are maintained in good working condition, and properly storing all equipment after use.
