The Responsive Recruiter role at Two Maids is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a crucial link between potential employees and the company, the Responsive Recruiter ensures that recruitment processes run smoothly from job posting to onboarding. Key responsibilities include outreach to potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the management team to meet staffing needs. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, supplemented by tips and gas mileage reimbursement, with no night, weekend, or major holiday shifts, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • able to work Monday-Friday 7:45 am - 5 pm
  • have a reliable vehicle
  • possess a strong work ethic
  • enjoy interacting with people
  • no experience required but willingness to learn
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems
  • customer service orientation
