The Housekeeper role at Asset Living is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of the apartment communities managed by the company. This position is responsible for ensuring that public facilities, common areas, grounds, and vacant units are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The Housekeeper supports the operational objectives of each property under the supervision of the Community Manager, playing a key role in preparing units for move-in and maintaining a welcoming environment throughout the community. Attention to detail, reliability, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this position. The Housekeeper also responds promptly to resident and management requests, completes work orders related to cleaning and upkeep, and adheres to company policies and community rules. The role offers an hourly rate ranging from $12 to $15, reflective of the individual’s experience and skill set.
