We are currently hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers to join our Indianapolis team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that Drury Hotels is known for. Starting at $17.50 per hour with the potential for quarterly bonuses up to $3200 per year, this position offers competitive pay along with numerous benefits designed to support work-life balance and professional growth. Successful candidates will help create memorable stays for guests by ensuring rooms are spotless and inviting. Beyond basic cleaning, housekeepers contribute to an atmosphere of care and hospitality with every detail attended to, from fresh linens to gleaming bathrooms. This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant General Manager and requires a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a positive service attitude.

At Drury Hotels, housekeepers are vital team members who work collaboratively with others to exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include vacuuming, linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and maintaining public areas when needed. The position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy physical activity and work independently without direct supervision. No previous cleaning experience is necessary; however, candidates should possess a work ethic and willingness to learn within a customer-focused environment. Job Requirements

  • no previous cleaning experience required
  • requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • capability to work without direct supervision
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
  • ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
  • ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
  • willingness to work weekends especially Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
