We are seeking a diligent Custodian who will be responsible for cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom sanitation. This role is central to maintaining the facility's overall appearance and safety. The ideal candidate will perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities with precision, carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, and bring any deficiencies or repair needs to the attention of management promptly. This position requires a candidate who follows all health and safety regulations thoroughly, ensuring compliance and a secure working environment. Posting community notices as needed will also be part of your regular duties. This role demands physical endurance for frequent movement within the facility, handling of equipment, and regular lifting and pushing tasks.
