Collin Springs is dedicated to fostering a diverse and determined workforce committed to driving quality, scalability, and a significant impact across hospitals and communities. Our healthcare network operates with a mission of Making Communities Healthier, spanning 29 states with a diversified delivery network that includes community hospital campuses, rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals, outpatient centers, and post-acute care facilities. Collin Springs actively supports an inclusive work environment where diversity is respected and leveraged, reflecting the rich backgrounds of the patients, family members, customers, and team members we serve. Woodland Springs, a part of Collin Springs, is a 96-bed behavioral health hospital located in Conroe, Texas, providing inpatient and outpatient programming tailored towards mental health and addiction challenges. This facility offers compassionate treatment options across various programs such as inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors alike.
The Housekeeper role at Collin Springs plays a crucial part in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout the hospital premises to support patient safety and comfort. This role directly impacts patient care by ensuring that all areas from patient rooms to clinical, office, and communal spaces meet hospital policies and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control. The Housekeeper will be responsible for daily cleaning duties, ensuring supplies are replenished, maintaining cleaning equipment, and adhering to strict sanitation protocols. Furthermore, this position demands responsiveness and professionalism in addressing housekeeping requests while being a collaborative team player who actively promotes a safe and healthy work environment. As a Housekeeper here, you will contribute to an environment that is conducive to recovery, offering patients and their families the reassurance of a pristine and orderly care setting. This employment opportunity aligns with Collin Springs' commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity and the inclusive values they uphold throughout their healthcare delivery network. The role is vital within the hospital’s operational framework and offers an opportunity for individuals who thrive in a detail-oriented, supportive healthcare setting to build a meaningful career with a respected healthcare provider.
