Job Description

Dial is a reputable organization committed to providing exceptional living experiences for seniors in a supportive and caring environment. As a part of our mission, we offer employment opportunities where team members can thrive by engaging directly with residents, forming meaningful relationships, and contributing to the well-being and happiness of those we serve. Dial is well-known for fostering a workplace culture that values compassion, respect, and personal growth. Our employees are more than just staff; they become family to the residents and to each other, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of life for everyone involved.

The role we are currently hiring for is a Part-Time Weekday Housekeeper, a vital position that helps maintain the cleanliness and safety of our community spaces. This position is perfect for candidates who take pride in their work, enjoy providing excellent service, and want to make a positive impact on the lives of senior residents. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that both public areas and individual living units are clean, orderly, and comfortable. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a team. The role also demands a respectful and empathetic approach, given the resident-focused nature of the environment.

Housekeepers at Dial perform a variety of cleaning duties that include routine cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and windows, as well as deeper cleaning tasks such as preparing apartments for new residents. The position requires strict adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure hygiene and safety standards are always met. Employees in this position also have a responsibility to promptly report any concerns, supply needs, or maintenance issues to their supervisors, fostering a safe and well-managed community. The role involves some physical activity, such as lifting and reaching, which requires candidates to be physically capable and reliable. While having prior experience in cleaning occupied apartments or similar environments is preferred, Dial values team players who show a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the organization.

This part-time weekday position offers a flexible work schedule that can appeal to individuals seeking supplemental income or work-life balance. Employees joining Dial can expect to be part of a dedicated team that values their contribution and offers opportunities for personal development through in-service training and staff meetings. Working at Dial means joining an organization where every team member’s efforts directly contribute to enriching the lives of seniors, creating an environment full of respect, dignity, and happiness.
