Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive and upbeat personality with outstanding customer service
- Maintain professional appearance and wear brand-approved uniform and name tag
- Maintain confidentiality and trust
- Provide prompt and thoughtful guest experience meeting cleaning time goals
- Clean and stock guest rooms including linens, supplies, bathrooms, and furniture
- Keep Head Housekeeper informed of room status
- Greet guests politely throughout the property
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitary guidelines
- Complete required training on security, alcohol, and health
- Follow safe chemical handling procedures
- Keep workspaces and equipment clean and organized
- Follow step-by-step cleaning process
- Report deficiencies in rooms according to hotel policy
- Participate in housekeeping meetings and maintain communication
- Adhere to key control guidelines
- Assist in periodic deep cleaning
- Turn in lost and found items
- Assist in training new staff
- Support positive and enjoyable work environment
- Understand hotel products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
