The role available is for a Room Attendant/Housekeeper, a critical position within the housekeeping department. Reporting directly to the Head of Housekeeping supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for meticulously cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the hotel's standards for cleanliness and hygiene. It is essential for the Room Attendant to deliver superior customer service, foster a friendly and professional environment, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Beyond basic cleaning tasks, this position emphasizes a proactive approach to guest satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in room preparation. The Room Attendant is expected to adhere strictly to safety and health guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and compliance with federal and state regulations. Training in security, health and safety, and alcohol guidelines is part of the job to ensure all standards are met and maintained. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
