This Housekeeper role at Pursuit is an essential position focused on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within guest rooms, public areas, employee living spaces, and recreational areas across hotels, lodges, and cabins. The role involves various tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bed making, cleaning bathrooms, restocking toiletries and towels, and managing kitchen spaces if applicable. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing public guest areas such as bathrooms and lobbies to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position requires flexibility as some shifts may involve working afternoons or evenings, especially when focused on public guest areas.

Beyond routine cleaning duties, the Housekeeper will be a utility player who assists with amenity requests from guests, stocks linens, removes used linens, towels, and trash, and monitors safety and maintenance issues, communicating them promptly to supervisors. The work might require physical tasks such as working outdoors, using stairs, and carrying or pushing heavy loads and carts. The role demands a responsible self-starter with strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail who can work autonomously or as part of a team.
