Job Requirements
- Must have experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be effective at listening, conflict resolution and communicating
- Must have a desire to serve guests with hospitality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Must clock in/out for breaks at scheduled times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Desire to serve all guests with hospitality and guest service
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out and break schedules
- Ability to provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift.
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep all front and back of house areas clean and well-organized
- Collaborate with team members to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with hospitality during cleaning
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Assist with additional cleaning projects including storage rooms and public spaces
- Ensure all checklists are completed accurately and on time every shift
- Submit accurate shift handover reports
- Maintain a flawless, clean uniform and professional appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to exceed role expectations
- Commit to collaboration and positive teamwork.
