Job Description

Hampton Inn Santa Fe, part of MCR, one of the largest hotel owner-operators in the United States, offers guests a clean, friendly, well-organized, and safe environment to ensure a memorable stay. MCR, founded in 2006 with offices in major cities including New York City, Dallas, Chicago, and Richmond, Virginia, boasts a portfolio valued at 5 billion dollars, owning 148 premium-branded hotels with over 22,000 guestrooms spread across 37 states and 106 cities. The company operates under multiple top hotel brands like Marriott and Hilton, employing more than 7,000 team members nationwide. Recognized for its innovation and excellence, MCR has received accolades such as Fast Company's 10 Most Innovative Travel Companies of 2020 and multiple prestigious Marriott and Hilton awards. MCR is deeply committed to providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring spotless cleanliness, maintaining product consistency and quality, and fostering teamwork among its employees. Their dedication to these principles has won them multiple development and architecture awards, notably for the TWA Hotel at New York's JFK Airport, showcasing their commitment to outstanding hospitality and design.

This position at Hampton Inn Santa Fe is designed for energetic and dedicated individuals who prioritize guest satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service. The role is an integral part of MCR's commitment to creating happy and loyal guests through excellent service, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and inviting. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public spaces, and hallways, ensuring all areas meet the company’s rigorous standards for hygiene and presentation. You will also assist with pre-cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, attending team meetings, and supporting additional cleaning projects as assigned by your supervisor. This role requires teamwork, a can-do attitude, and an ability to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues. You will be expected to contribute to the hotel's operational excellence by adhering to checklists, maintaining a neat uniform, and completing shift handovers to ensure consistent service quality.

At Hampton Inn Santa Fe, your work environment will involve various physical activities such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitively using your hands and wrists, and lifting related housekeeping items. The schedule may include varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the hotel. The company values punctuality, professionalism, and respect for guidelines, and offers extensive training and career development opportunities. Additionally, you will benefit from hotel discounts, weekly pay, paid time off, retirement options, referral bonuses, and access to health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of full-time employment. Hilton and Marriott partnership awards reflect the prestige of the company and ensure a supportive and rewarding working environment. Joining Hampton Inn Santa Fe means becoming part of a renowned team focused on excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction in the hospitality industry.
