We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in ensuring that every guest room is cleaned and serviced daily according to established hotel procedures and safety standards. The Room Attendant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, changing bed linens, and maintaining the overall appearance of rooms and corridors. This position requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The workweek generally consists of 36-40 hours, with some flexibility required for longer shifts depending on hotel needs.

In this role, attention to detail and the ability to follow company guidelines for safety and security is paramount. The Room Attendant will also be the point of contact for guest requests related to room cleaning and maintenance, requiring excellent communication skills and a hospitable attitude. Coordination with the Senior Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that work priorities are managed effectively and that the cleanliness standards of the hotel are consistently upheld.

The position offers an opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment while helping to create memorable guest stays. Experience in a hotel or similar service industry is preferred but not mandatory, making it an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates eager to grow in the hospitality industry. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds occasionally, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
