This is an immediate opening for full-time Housekeeper positions at Memorial Hermann Pearland located at 16100 South Freeway, Pearland, TX 77584. The full-time schedule includes variable days and hours with options for AM and PM shifts, details of which will be provided upon interview. The fixed pay rate for this role is $15.45 per hour.

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include light cleaning duties such as making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture and fittings. Housekeepers also handle waste disposal in a sanitary manner, clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers, and respond promptly to housekeeping concerns like spills or broken glass.

Providing quality customer service by giving personal attention to detail is key in this role. The Housekeeper is expected to work as part of a team, displaying professionalism when interacting with customers and fellow associates. As environmental services are critical to healthcare operations, the role contributes significantly to infection control and overall patient satisfaction.
