The role of the Housekeeper at Dial is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and staff. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning assigned areas according to established policies and procedures, including both public areas and individual residential units. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a genuine desire to contribute to the quality of life for seniors. Duties encompass cleaning public restrooms daily, washing windows in common public areas quarterly or more frequently as needed, and deep cleaning vacated apartments in preparation for new residents. Housekeepers also assist with exterior window washing biannually and support meal service by helping with meal distribution and bussing tables when required.

In addition to cleaning tasks, the Housekeeper plays a key role in ensuring a safe living environment by promptly reporting any concerns or observations about residents to supervisors, reporting supply needs or equipment repairs, and responding efficiently to requests from both residents and staff. The position also requires adherence to confidentiality standards concerning residents and community operations.
