Known for its commitment to quality service and resident-centered care, Dial fosters a workplace culture that values compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning. Team members at Dial have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, serving residents who become like family through daily interactions that promote happiness and well-being. This establishment prides itself on not only adding years to residents' lives but also adding life to their years, ensuring a vibrant and fulfilling living experience for all. Dial offers a full-time position with a schedule of 8am-4pm, rotating every fifth weekend, providing a stable and consistent work environment for its employees.

The role of the Housekeeper at Dial is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and staff. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning assigned areas according to established policies and procedures, including both public areas and individual residential units. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a genuine desire to contribute to the quality of life for seniors. Duties encompass cleaning public restrooms daily, washing windows in common public areas quarterly or more frequently as needed, and deep cleaning vacated apartments in preparation for new residents. In addition to cleaning tasks, the Housekeeper plays a key role in ensuring a safe living environment by promptly reporting any concerns or observations about residents to supervisors, reporting supply needs or equipment repairs, and responding efficiently to requests from both residents and staff. The position also requires adherence to confidentiality standards concerning residents and community operations. Dial values teamwork and encourages staff participation in meetings and in-service training to foster professional growth and community engagement. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with seniors, making each day impactful by enhancing residents' living conditions and overall satisfaction.
