Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by working collaboratively
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized both front and back of the house
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as necessary
- Greet guests with hospitality while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag and maintain groomed appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to foster a positive workplace and welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending team meetings
