Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful
- strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- ability to work around pets and in an active environment
- willingness to work some weekends or holidays as needed
- compassionate attitude and desire to work with older adults

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments, guest rooms, and common areas
- follow Touchmark Gold Standards for cleanliness and safety
- use proper infection control and safety practices
- report maintenance concerns such as damaged flooring or light outages
- work independently or as part of a team to complete daily assignments
- provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests
