Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks involving cleaning
Demonstrated ability to interact with residents and guests pleasantly
Must comply with drug-free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Strong communication skills for resident interaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces
Vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets
Clean surfaces throughout the community
Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities
Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
