Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in a hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Capacity to work under pressure in high-paced environments
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Desire to serve guests with hospitality
- Availability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality in clocking in and out and adherence to break schedules
- Ability to provide sufficient notice for shift call outs
- Physical capability to perform job functions including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile

- Maintain strong knowledge of the hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces spotless and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests warmly while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and submit shift handover reports timely
- Wear a clean, approved uniform with proper grooming and a smiling attitude
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate willingness to stretch beyond traditional role requirements
- Collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming environment
