The role of Housekeeper at Asset Living is a pivotal position within their apartment community management team. The Housekeeper is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community's public facilities, common areas, grounds, as well as ensuring vacant units are cleaned and prepared to meet move-in standards. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, this role requires a hands-on approach to property upkeep, day-to-day cleaning operations, and swift responsiveness to resident requests and management directives. The Housekeeper contributes directly to the overall resident experience by ensuring the environment is welcoming and maintained to high standards. The job necessitates regular and reliable onsite attendance as well as a strong commitment to following community policies and safety regulations. With a focus on excellent customer service, the Housekeeper will manage service requests and foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues alike. This position has a clearly defined salary range of $15 to $16 per hour, reflecting Asset Living's commitment to fair and competitive compensation.
