Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as part of daily duties
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Flexible scheduling including weekends
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends as required

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver courteous and friendly service with a Service +1 attitude
- Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as needed
