Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
  • ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
  • perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain spotless guest rooms
  • visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
  • assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
  • provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
  • assist with laundry and public area cleaning when necessary
