The Housekeeper role at Asset Living is a crucial position tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of apartment community properties to ensure a welcoming and well-kept environment for residents and visitors. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24, dependent on qualifications and experience, and encompasses a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays. The Housekeeper is responsible for routine cleaning of public facilities, common areas, grounds, and ensuring vacant units are thoroughly cleaned and ready for new occupants under the supervision of the Community Manager. This role demands consistent onsite attendance and proactive engagement with resident requests and management work orders. Key duties include general housekeeping, trash removal, upkeep of community offices and amenities, and adherence to Asset Living’s policies and Fair Housing and OSHA standards. Physical requirements include the ability to handle tasks that may involve lifting up to 25 pounds, working in various environmental conditions, operating machinery, and performing tasks that require flexibility and mobility across different community areas.
