The Housekeeper position within the environmental services team plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the residents of Waterford Grand and other Cascade Living communities. This position is considered full-time with workdays from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and requires availability on holidays and occasionally on weekends. The hourly wage ranges from $15.05 to $17.05, varying with experience.

In the role of Housekeeper, your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining cleanliness in assigned resident apartments and common areas. This includes dusting, dry and wet mopping, sanitizing, scrubbing, and washing laundry with folding and distributing clean linens and towels. Housekeepers are expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities. They contribute significantly to the quality of life for residents by maintaining consistent cleanliness standards and actively participating as dependable team members.
