As thought leaders in the senior care industry, Highgate Senior Living takes a positive, holistic approach to caregiving. The company believes that seniors are happiest when they can maintain their independence and make their own choices. To support this philosophy, Highgate Senior Living provides a wide range of opportunities for residents, including physical activities, social engagements, intellectual stimulation, spiritual involvement, and enjoyable recreational activities. More than just a facility, Highgate Senior Living prides itself on being a community that treats its residents and team members like family. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team either on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible working hours that fit around your schedule. This role is essential to delivering the level of care and support that our residents deserve. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of residents' suites, common social areas, the building exterior, and grounds. The goal is to help create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment where residents can thrive and live life with purpose. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rewarding field that has a meaningful impact every day. Whether you come from a background in environmental engineering, hospitality, healthcare facilities, or simply have a passion for service, this role offers a pathway to grow within our company and develop valuable leadership and business skills.
At Highgate Senior Living, we understand the importance of having a detail-oriented and self-motivated team member with positive communication abilities. This role isn’t just about cleaning; it’s about connecting with seniors and providing excellent customer service while maintaining their living spaces. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to innovate when challenges arise, and open to receiving feedback to continually improve. Experience working in housekeeping is a definite plus, but what matters most is a heart-driven, passionate approach to serving others. We support internal promotions and recognize the diverse professional experiences that candidates bring to the table.
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $19.00, depending on credentials, experience, and tenure. We offer a competitive benefits package, opportunities for ongoing training, and a workplace culture where every voice is valued, and creativity is encouraged. We are also a healthcare company that prefers team members to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of our vulnerable population. This is truly a chance to be a part of an evolving industry that positively impacts seniors’ lives each and every day.
