Job Requirements
- must be in good physical health
- able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs safely and regularly
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- able to work Sundays and Mondays

Job Duties

- thoroughly clean and reset guest rooms according to Mirbeau and Forbes-rated standards
- sanitize and refresh all bathroom fixtures
- dust and polish furniture, mirrors, artwork, and fixtures
- vacuum carpets and mop floors
- make beds with precision and replace amenities, linens, towels, and guest supplies
- organize guest belongings respectfully in stayover rooms
- report and return lost and found items to the Front Desk
- ensure all furniture, electronics, and room features are clean and functional
- perform a final room inspection and report readiness
- maintain fully stocked housekeeping carts and linen closets
- use resort-approved cleaning supplies and maintain equipment
- transport soiled linens to laundry
- return housekeeping keys and equipment securely
- set up or return rollaway beds and cribs
- keep hallway carts and bins neat and unobtrusive
- arrive on time in a clean uniform with name tag
- maintain a neat, professional appearance
- follow housekeeping guidelines and complete tasks timely
- report safety concerns or maintenance needs
- communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leadership
