We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This position involves a breadth of cleaning and sanitation responsibilities across various residential and common areas within our community. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and be committed to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our environment. Housekeepers are integral to our team, ensuring that apartments, offices, and community spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and in compliance with health and safety standards.

This role requires attention to detail in executing regular cleaning schedules which include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in alignment with infection control protocols. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for environmental maintenance support such as caring for courtyard furniture and maintaining the cleanliness of patios, courtyards, sidewalks, and entryways. Physical ability is important in this role, as it involves lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items up to 40 pounds routinely.

We highly value candidates who demonstrate patience, tact, and professionalism when interacting with residents, staff, and visitors. Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and work schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet the dynamic needs of our community. Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or custodial work—especially in senior living or healthcare settings—is preferred, alongside familiarity with OSHA cleaning guidelines and infection control procedures.
