This recognition reflects the company's dedication not only to guests but also to its team members, ensuring they find a place where they belong, are valued for who they are, and are well compensated for their contributions.

As a housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you join a dynamic, customer-focused team responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. In this position, you will perform key cleaning duties including vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms, contributing to the overall pleasant environment guests expect. The role demands attention to detail, ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team, and a positive attitude towards service, often described as a "Service +1" mentality, going the extra mile for guests and teammates. The company offers extensive career growth opportunities through mentorship, cross-training, and management training, with more than 200 internal promotions in the past year alone.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, Drury Hotels emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts, and free room nights for employees. Comprehensive benefits packages include medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and disability insurance plans, as well as a Team Member Assistance Program supporting employee well-being. Additionally, the company matches 401(k) retirement contributions, demonstrating its commitment to the long-term financial health of its employees. What truly sets Drury Hotels apart is its family-like culture where team members are encouraged to grow and shine both professionally and personally in a workplace that values diversity and positivity.
