- One year of housekeeping or assistance with household tasks for individuals at home and unable to perform these tasks
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Detail-oriented and friendly

Job Duties
- Perform home management tasks per the housekeeping plan of care including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry and kitchen clean up
- Report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisor
- Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all times
- Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectations
