Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
- able to work flexible shifts monday through friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- good work ethic and commitment to serving others
- ability to pass a background check
- willingness to comply with company policies
- flexibility to travel to multiple job sites daily
Job Qualifications
- experience in home health aide or caretaker roles
- background in hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- ability to work flexible daytime shifts
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- strong attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills
- willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- perform residential cleaning services including routine and deep cleaning
- travel between customer homes using own vehicle
- deliver exceptional customer service
- follow company safety and cleaning protocols
- manage flexible work hours monday through friday
- maintain supplies and equipment provided by the company
- participate in bonus and incentive programs
