With an extensive team of over 1,000 committed associates, Wallick is resolutely focused on its mission to provide homes, opportunities, and hope to residents in need. This mission manifests itself through efforts to foster safe, affordable, and high-quality housing environments where individuals and families can thrive and build brighter futures. The Crescent at Oakleaf Village is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join the team. This role is scheduled Monday through Friday during the day shift, offering a pay rate of $14 per hour. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall welcoming atmosphere of the community. The position involves routine cleaning duties in resident rooms and common areas to ensure sanitary, orderly, and attractive living spaces. Responsibilities include performing day-to-day housekeeping tasks, managing supplies, setting up safety signage, assisting with laundry as needed, and alerting supervisors to replenishment requirements. This role is essential in upholding the high housekeeping standards that directly impact resident satisfaction and wellbeing. Beyond the daily duties, the Housekeeper benefits from Wallick Communities' comprehensive perks, including health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks, paid time off including parental leave, pay-on-demand access to earned wages, 401K retirement planning, gym membership reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Working at Wallick means joining a collaborative team that cares about employee growth, well-being, and a rewarding career pathway.

Wallick Communities is proud to embrace and promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all team members can bring their authentic selves to work. The company does not discriminate on any non-merit-based factors and continually strives to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for every associate. Interested candidates who are committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives and eager to contribute to a supportive and resident-focused community are encouraged to apply. Selected applicants will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam administered by a Nurse Practitioner, and background check.
