Drury Hotels is a well-established hospitality company known for its commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering a supportive work environment for its employees. Located at 3250 Scottsville Road, Bowling Green, Kentucky, Drury Hotels has earned a reputation as a top employer nationwide, recognized by Newsweek as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for 2025. The company prides itself on a culture where employees are valued not just for the work they do but for who they are, offering career growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a tight-knit team environment resembling a family. Drury Hotels operates numerous properties across the United States, emphasizing guest satisfaction with cleaner rooms and superior service standards that set them apart from competitors. Their hotels offer the extras without extra charges, ensuring guests return repeatedly due to the consistently high quality and attention to detail.

As a Housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and overall hotel success. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment with competitive starting hourly wages complemented by quarterly bonuses up to $3200 per year based on hotel results. The role involves responsibilities such as vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms to high standards, and providing guests with bedding, towels, or information upon request. Teamwork, positivity, and a commitment to excellent customer service are key components of the role, as housekeepers collaborate closely with other customer-focused team members to ensure an inviting environment and memorable guest experiences.

Drury Hotels values work-life balance and supports its employees with flexible scheduling, paid time off, team member discounts, and free room nights. Comprehensive health benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, disability benefits, and access to a Team Member Assistance Program. Additionally, the company provides a retirement plan with a company-matched 401(k). Employees have access to career growth opportunities through mentorship, cross-training, development plans, management training, and a promote-from-within culture, with over 200 internal promotions in the past year alone. The hotels are open seven days a week, with peak business during weekends, and candidates should be prepared to work Saturdays and Sundays if required.

No previous cleaning experience is needed, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking entry into the hospitality industry. Successful candidates possess a positive attitude, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, occasional lifting of 25-35 pounds, and performing tasks that involve reaching, stretching, and bending. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant General Manager, housekeepers help maintain a positive and cooperative work environment across all hotel departments. This role is essential for creating positive guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and have a direct impact on the hotel’s reputation and success.
