Integral Senior Living is currently seeking a Housekeeper to join its community team. This role is vital in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the living spaces and common areas within the community. The Housekeeper's primary responsibility is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for the senior residents, contributing to their comfort and well-being. The position involves performing routine cleaning tasks according to a set schedule that covers daily, weekly, and monthly duties across various areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. The housekeeping role also encompasses specific tasks like sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, maintaining laundry services, and ensuring safety by properly storing cleaning chemicals and equipment.

The Housekeeper is expected to be attentive to detail, capable of handling physical tasks involved in housekeeping, and willing to communicate courteously with residents, guests, and staff alike. This role may require moving and lifting of household items and equipment, maintaining compliance with safety and fire codes, and reporting any maintenance or supply needs to ensure smooth operations.
