Job Duties
- clean and disinfect floors, walls, ledges, ceilings, beds, medical equipment, furnishings, commodes, sinks, and other assigned surfaces
- remove waste and maintain disposable products throughout the facility
- ensure patient rooms, surgical areas, clinical areas, offices, common areas, support areas, and restrooms meet cleanliness standards
- comply with infection control and patient safety regulations
- collaborate with staff to maintain a hygienic environment
- conduct cleaning tasks efficiently to support hospital operations
- report maintenance or safety issues as necessary
