Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Dependability and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Excellent communication skills
Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and a respectful attitude toward elderly and disabled individuals
Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other necessary items regularly
Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily to foster a welcoming environment
Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned areas consistently
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Follow all safety and health regulations rigorously
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning processes
