Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeper experience preferred
ability to follow safety protocols and cleaning instructions
physical capability to stand and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
excellent interpersonal skills
reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in house, office, or hotel cleaning preferred
ability to follow cleaning products instructions
ability to stand for long periods of time
a record of punctuality and reliability

Job Duties

Maintains a stocked cleaning cart with needed items
demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity, and individuality of each resident in all interactions
cleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily using dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing according to facility procedures
respects resident's privacy and preferences about room arrangement and personal items, knocks before entering resident areas, seeks resident cleaning methods within reason
disposes of trash and waste, including contaminated materials, in a safe manner using identified precautions
