Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of apartment or multifamily housekeeping experience
- ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and evenings
- must pass drug testing and background screening
- familiarity with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and manual cleaning
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to evolving property management industry needs
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of apartment or multifamily housekeeping experience
- strong attention to detail and integrity when attending to the community
- flexibility to work Saturdays and availability for evening and weekend emergencies
Job Duties
- Report all liability and community incidents immediately to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
- ensure all workers' compensation claims are reported and related paperwork completed
- comply with safety guidelines and maintain orderly maintenance shop
- maintain positive customer service attitude and respond to resident and management service requests
- assist in trashing out apartments and cleaning make-ready apartments as scheduled
- clean leasing office, clubhouse, amenity areas, building exterior, hallways, model units, and pool area
- perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, polishing, and touch-up painting
- water plants and flowers as needed
- coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- check and maintain supply stock levels
- assist with semi-annual inspections and property light checks
- be flexible and willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities
