Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
  • Physical ability to lift and move furniture or equipment
  • Willingness to follow all community safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and staff
  • Commitment to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
  • Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment
  • Ensure resident areas are kept sanitary and organized consistently
  • Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet the needs of residents efficiently
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
