Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Physical ability to lift and move furniture or equipment
- Willingness to follow all community safety and cleanliness protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and staff
- Commitment to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment
- Ensure resident areas are kept sanitary and organized consistently
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning materials and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet the needs of residents efficiently
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
