Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
at least one year of related cleaning experience
ability to communicate verbally and in writing
ability to interact respectfully with individuals with disabilities
ability to work independently
capable of managing physical demands of cleaning duties

Job Duties

clean and maintain interior common areas of the buildings
clean and maintain exterior grounds including parking, sidewalks, and entry areas
perform all cleaning duties related to unit turnovers within 3-5 days of vacancy
maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, guests, employees, and visitors
communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
interact appropriately with individuals with disabilities
work independently with minimal supervision
