Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior housekeeping experience preferred
ability to perform physically demanding tasks
strong attention to detail
reliable and punctual
good communication skills
ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
ability to follow hotel procedures and cleanliness standards
good communication and customer service skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
basic understanding of maintenance issues in guest rooms

Job Duties

Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
