- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

- Provide housekeeping services to residents by completing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc., engage with residents to create a positive experience during apartment visits, keep shared community spaces clean through trash removal, vacuuming, and disinfecting, help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
