Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and breaks
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel properly welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all features of the hotel facility and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces, including front and back of house, clean and well-organized
- Participate actively in team efforts to clean guest rooms and public spaces
- Greet every guest happily and by name if possible while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Provide accurate and timely handover reports for effective communication
- Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed while smiling and wearing a nametag
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Be willing to perform beyond traditional roles to meet business and guest needs
- Commit to working together to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools, attending morning meetings, and managing linen
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public areas, and laundry as assigned
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in all front and back of house areas
