Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing
Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures
Must pass background check
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Provide housekeeping services to residents by dusting, vacuuming, and mopping their apartment homes
Engage with residents in their apartment homes to provide a positive and uplifting interaction
Maintain cleanliness in shared community spaces by removing trash, vacuuming, and disinfecting
Stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards
Report maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
Follow all health and safety regulations related to housekeeping
