Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or similar experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in housekeeping
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Willingness to work full-time day shifts including every 4th weekend
- Successful completion of pre-hire health assessment and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Ensure community is safe, clean, comfortable and attractive for residents, families and team members
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping and laundry duties according to specific task lists
- Build relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Attend to residents’ needs in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Support team members to create a positive community environment
