Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean apartments thoroughly including refrigerators, heat system filters, change bed linens and ensure linen supplies
- Conduct deep cleaning focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows and light fixtures
- Launder linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups and salads from the cart
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts courteously
- Return carts to kitchen and assist with storing perishable items, deliver trays to rooms if needed
- Bus tables after meals, sanitize dining areas, vacuum carpets, and perform side work like replenishing coffee supplies
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
