Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Prove eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning of all assigned rooms
- Achieve productivity goal of 12 credits per day with credits based on size and type of service required
- Deliver guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90 percent or above
- Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly following established safety procedures
- Immediately report lost and found items adhering to protocols
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary
- Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
