Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours flexibly
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines consistently
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic computer proficiency

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain multiple orders at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments, including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean and defrost refrigerators in resident apartments and check heat system filters
- Change beds and linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, windows, light fixtures, and other surfaces
- Launder all linens using community laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve meals and beverages from the cart
- Take resident orders and serve meals and desserts
- Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals and sanitize tables and chairs
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning coffee maker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
