Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- clean refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and manage linen supplies
- perform deep cleaning focused on entry areas, carpets, plants, and windows
- launder all linens using laundry facilities
- follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals or soups/salads from the cart
- review menus, take meal orders, serve meals and desserts
- assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- bus and clear dishes, reset tables according to sanitizing procedures, vacuum carpets
- complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, cleaning coffeemaker
- perform other duties as assigned
