Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- ability to stand for entire shift
- capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- flexible with long or irregular hours
- effective communication skills

- legally authorized to work in the United States
- successful completion of background check and employment verification

Job Duties
- attend all property required meetings and training
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with Reside standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper uniform and name tag
- comply with Reside standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- maximize productivity efforts and assist in problem solving
- be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers, and employees
- use proper two-way radio etiquette
- clean and sanitize guest rooms, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and assigned areas
- complete daily checklists including cleaning elevator lobbies, furniture, elevator doors, service landings, stairwells, and polishing floors
- practice safe work habits
- handle lost and found items according to standards
- turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end
- report maintenance issues
- pick up dirty linen and trash
- vacuum guest corridors
- deliver clean linen to assigned sections
- maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms and storage areas
- ensure guest satisfaction
- provide porterage services as needed
- perform other duties as assigned by management
