Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- three to six months housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy
- comply with all safety requirements
- required to complete and successfully pass Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within first 30 days

Job Duties
- Clean available units and/or model homes and common areas including pool area, gym, property office as directed
- dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down trim and molding, cleaning glass windows and doors, sweeping exterior patios, trash pickup and removal, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- follow safety standards when performing tasks
- follow manufacturer's instructions and recommendations when using chemicals or operating equipment
- clean and properly store equipment and supplies at end of each shift
- follow proper infection control and universal precautions when performing tasks
- perform other duties as directed by property manager
