Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours
- physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- ability to follow instructions
- respect and empathy for elderly residents
Job Qualifications
- able to follow oral and written instructions
- demonstrate an understanding of and ability to work with the elderly
- willingness to be cross-trained as resident care aide and food service worker
